How Text Decoding Works

Text message decoding is not magic; it is pattern recognition. HeTxtd utilizes Large Language Models (LLMs) fine-tuned on millions of dating interactions to identify micro-behaviors that signal specific psychological states.

The 3 Layers of Analysis

1. The Syntax Layer

We analyze punctuation, emoji usage, and sentence structure. Does he use periods at the end of single words? (Sign of aggression). Does he omit questions entirely? (Sign of low effort/narcissism).

2. The Timing Layer

Response latency relative to message length. Taking 6 hours to write "k" is a high-risk indicator of devaluation. HeTxtd weighs the "Effort-to-Time Ratio" (ETR).

3. The Contextual Layer

We look for patterns of "Future Faking"—promises of plans without concrete dates. This is often a sign of a Situationship dynamic where potential is used to extract current attention.
